How much does a photo booth rental cost in Victoria?
Pricing depends on booth style, rental duration, and add-ons like custom branding or prints.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend weddings and October–December corporate holiday party season, when dates fill up fastest. Popular dates can book out a year in advance.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit secures your date, with the balance due two weeks before the event.
Do you offer packages for multi-day events or conferences?
Yes — for multi-day conferences or events with multiple activations, contact us for a custom quote.

What types of photo booths do you offer?
We offer a range of styles including the Open Air Studio, Digital Booth, B&W Studio, Roaming Photo Booth, Keychain Booth, Spotlight, Vintage Camper Trailer, AI Photo Booth, Retro Radio Lounge, Video Confessional, High Angle Booth, 360 Booth, Audio Guestbook, and Virtual Booth.
Which booth is best for a wedding?
Our most popular wedding rental is our classic B&W Studio rentals, follwed by the Open Air Studio and our Digital Drop Off. If you're having an outdoor wedding, the Vintage Camper Trailer is a fun option and always a big hit.
Which booth is best for a corporate event or conference?
The Digital Booth works well for compact trade show footprints, while the AI Photo Booth is a strong pick for product launches and brand activations.
Can you brand the prints or digital photos with our company logo?
Yes, every corporate package includes custom branding on prints and digital shares.
Do you offer games alongside the photo booth?
See our Game Rentals for options that pair well with any booth style. Need multiple units, send us a message as we have more corn holes, jengas, laddder ball and connect 4 rentals available for larger event.
Logistics
What areas do you service?
We're based in Victoria, BC, and service the wider Vancouver Island region, including Nanaimo, Duncan, Sidney, Sooke, the Gulf Islands and Vancouver.
How much space does a photo booth need?
Actual footprint requirements varies by booth style. If you are unsure if the unit will fit, contact us to discuss the venue. We can do a site visit to ensure easy load in and set up. We have worked at all the Victoria venues and are familiar with the spaces and the best locations to set up a photo booth.
Do you need power/outlets on-site?
Sandard outlet access is required. If there is no power on site or outlet near the unit, we do have power packs available to rent. Please let us know of any power issues in advance.
Photos & Digital Gallery
Guests receive digital copies same-day and we send out the full online gallery the following day to the client.
